How do I return an item?

We have made returning an item to us super easy. contact us via email and we guide you through it. 

Can I return a product if I do not have the packaging?

If unwanted, unfortunately, we cannot refund, replace or exchange products if the seal/packaging has been disposed of, broken or opened.  If the item has a fault then please do contact us via email or WhatsApp stating the reasons ensuring that your order/item number is included.
